DENETRON VOICE GAINS 711 TELECOMMUNICATIONS RELAY SERVICE DIALING

San Jose, California - June 15, 2012 —Denetron is pleased to announce the availability of 711 dialing for access to Telecommunications Relay Services (TRS). This service is available for free to all Denetron Voice customers.

Dialing 711 allows Denetron Voice customers to call friends or family which may be hard at hearing and uses a special telephone. These telephones have various modes and can allow the receiving party to read what you are saying, while responding back with their own voice, the receiving party to hear what you are saying while responding back with text, or the receiving party can both send and receive with text, to be relayed by the relay operator.

Denetron is excited to be able to offer this service to its customers, as it fills an important void for customers who interact with hearing impaired people. No setup is necessary, and customers only need to dial 711 from their phone to place a call through the TRS service.
